Psychosocial rehabilitation is a form of the right to recovery for victims of criminal acts of sexual violence which has been regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Law 12 of 2022 concerning Sexual Violence is an effort to restore and improve the mental health of victims so that they have quality of life and independence. as an individual. This research aims to determine the fulfillment of the rights to rehabilitation of children who are victims of criminal sexual violence if the perpetrator dies during the investigation stage. The type of research used is empirical juridical using qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. The data sources used consist of primary data and secondary data using data collection methods through interviews and literature study. The results of this research show that the fulfillment of the right to rehabilitation of children who are victims of criminal acts of sexual violence if the perpetrator dies during the investigation stage at the PPA Unit of the Tuban Police Criminal Investigation Unit is less than optimal, which is influenced by administrative factors, child handling factors that are not optimal, factors that are rejected by the victim's parents.
