In resolving default cases regarding car rental agreements that are damaged due to the renter's negligence at Isam Tour And Transport rentals, this is by means of litigation and non-litigation. This research aims to determine the resolution of defaults in car rental agreements that are damaged due to the renter's negligence at The Isam Tour And Transport rental. This research uses empirical juridical methods carried out through field research and interviews. Data sources obtained from book literature, legal journals, and applicable legislation. Data analysis uses a qualitative approach. The research results show that default resolution can be carried out using non-judicial methods such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration. This has been regulated in the Civil Code. In practice, at Isam Tour And Transport rentals there are still tenants who default on the rental agreement that has been agreed upon by both parties.
