The process of land acquisition for the benefit of national development often causes various problems, both in terms of social, economic and legal aspects. Therefore, as the foundation of the state, Pancasila must be the main guideline in every land acquisition policy, to ensure that the process still reflects the values of justice, humanity, deliberation, and social welfare contained in Pancasila. This research aims to examine the implementation of land acquisition in line with the values of Pancasila, as well as how existing regulations can support these principles in practice. The research method used is normative juridical, with a focus on analyzing applicable laws and regulations, particularly Law No. 2/2012 on Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest. The results show that land acquisition in Indonesia, as regulated in Law No. 2/2012, aims to ensure that the acquisition of land needed for development can be carried out effectively. However, to ensure justice and social welfare, land acquisition must be implemented by prioritizing humanitarian, democratic, and fair principles in accordance with the values of Pancasila. Thus, the application of Pancasila principles in every stage of land acquisition is crucial to maintain the balance between national interests and community rights.
