Abstract

There has to be accommodating patterns of interaction in order to meet the varied and competing demands of human existence. This is particularly true when it comes to giving legal assurances and clarity about each person's rights and responsibilities. To achieve and create comfort and order in communal life, legal assurances and predictability are essential tools. As a result, the significance of developing habits of engaging in meaningful interactions with other people will be highlighted as a necessary condition for raising living standards and giving each individual's life purpose. Interaction and relationship patterns need to change as a result of growth. From a philosophical standpoint, the question is how to investigate what makes a contract unique. The author employs a normative legal research strategy that incorporates statutory, conceptual, analytical, and expert perspectives to address the issue at hand. According to the findings, contracts can be explained by the following: first, that people have a basic understanding that they must adhere to the rules laid out in Article 1320 of the Civil Code in order for an agreement to be valid; second, that people must act in good faith and sincerity in order for contracts to be valid; and third, that contracts are a basic normative principle. If this is not the case, then the powerful and wealthy may easily take advantage of the weak party by blocking a contact and enriching themselves at the expense of them.
