Abstract

The concept of reasonable service use is defined by the following statutes: Law No. 8 of 2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes defines financial services provider institutions (LPJK) and the supply of goods and services in Article 18, paragraph (2). In the context of a notary's duties, this concept may aid in the detection of money laundering by clients or customers of the notary's services, enabling the notary to take necessary steps such as determining the name of the offender, confirming their identification, and imagining the crime scene. A criminal is using his expertise to conduct an operation on Young. Finding out whether notaries follow the Halal Principles of Money Transactions (PMPJ), how this connects to notarial ethics, and if notaries are legally protected for using PMPJ as public officials are all goals of this study. The study uses a wide range of primary and secondary sources, such as legal theories, concepts, and cases, and follows the guidelines of normative legal theory. Data analysis makes use of analytical and descriptive language. While the notary may be able to fill you in on the desired person's whereabouts and the facts of the crime, you should proceed with care since their job is that of a reporter and not an advocate. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Here, the client has the power to notify the appropriate notary of any commercial dealings, and the notary must follow the concept of giving credit where credit is due by recognizing the client. Because implementing PMPJ is in the best interest of the party and is also restricted, this guarantees that there will be no controversy. Customers will be able to formalize their transactions into a real deed to be formalized as a legal or other corporate body after the notary, which will prevent its misuse or exploitation.
